The Beach

Ten minutes walk from your door to the sand.

One of the few Florida beaches where you can drive a four-wheel-drive vehicle right onto the surf. Bring a board, a rod, or nothing but a towel.

The Veranda

Stillness, on your terms.

Wide covered veranda. Private hot tub. Fire pit under live oaks. Hammock between palms. A fully fenced backyard that quiets the world to a whisper.

The Stay

A real home made for longer stays and slower days.

Vaulted ceilings, an open great room, three bedrooms — one king, two queens. Stone fireplace, full kitchen with a long table for eight, workstation, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, smart entry. Built for staying, not visiting.

The City

The nation's oldest city, eight miles north.

Cobblestone streets and four hundred years of stories. The Bridge of Lions over Matanzas Bay, Castillo de San Marcos guarding the harbor, the gilded halls of Flagler College. By winter night, the Nights of Lights — three million white bulbs from November through January.

From past guests

In their own words.

Meticulously clean, beautifully decorated, very well appointed. The backyard at night is a private oasis — twinkle lights, the deck, the hot tub, a quiet spot for morning coffee. We would absolutely stay here again.

The kitchen is well-stocked and made it easy for us to cook meals together. The hot tub paired with an evening fire in the backyard was a lovely treat. A big space that felt luxurious.

The outdoor space was the main reason I chose this — and it did not disappoint. The tree lights outside were a pleasant surprise and very cozy. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming.
Long winter stay · Pennsylvania
Vibrant, modern, clean, and peaceful. Our favorite part was the kitchen and the living room with the surround sound — where we spent most evenings. The owners were very responsive. A 5/5 stay.

Spotless, beautifully furnished, exactly as described. The owners are responsive and professional — the entire process was seamless. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet still quiet and comfortable. A lot of care and attention went into every detail.

A 10 out of 10 stay. Spacious open-concept living, kitchen, and dining — brand-new and immaculate in every room. The backyard with hot tub and fire pit was the highlight, and the kitchen is so well-stocked we cooked every meal in. One of our favorite winter rentals.
